Payment:
All purchases for the Superhost Toolkit Membership, Done-for-You Services, and 1:1 Strategy Sessions must be paid in full via our designated payment platform before access is granted.
Membership:
The Hosted Toolkit & Community is billed on a recurring monthly basis. By purchasing, you agree to the recurring payment schedule until you cancel.
Pricing:
Prices are listed clearly on our website and may change at any time. If pricing changes, current members will retain their locked-in rate for their active subscription period.

2. 💸 Refunds & Cancellations
Toolkit Membership:
Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
1:1 Strategy Sessions:
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Done-for-You Services:
These services follow a custom agreement. Cancellation, scope changes, and refund terms will be outlined in your specific service contract.

3. 🚫 Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke membership at our discretion if:
Your actions or values conflict with our community standards
You promote harmful, discriminatory, or illegal behavior
Your behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive in coaching calls, sessions, or community spaces
In these cases, access may be terminated without refund.

We’re here to help you succeed, and we’ll provide proven strategies, systems, and expert support. But we do not guarantee specific outcomes like:
A certain number of bookings
A specific income amount
Guaranteed 5-star reviews
Results depend on your implementation, your guest audience, and other factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for how you implement the strategies and tools provided. By joining, you agree to:
Use materials only for your own hosting business
Not publicly share session recordings, templates, or course content
Respect any confidentiality agreements or shared coaching discussions

We treat all personal and business information shared during 1:1 sessions as confidential. We will not disclose this information without your permission unless required by law.

7. 🧠 Intellectual Property
All systems, templates, videos, guides, and downloads shared via the Superhost Toolkit or any service are the exclusive property of Superhost Coach.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or reuse these materials in your own products, services, or public content without written permission.
